You will never forget a visit in the area of Roero. It is a virgin region: vineyards as wilde as you can see with hills around and forests full of animals. 
From September on, you will come across some truffle-searchers called "Trifolao" with their faithful dogs searching for these precious Goods, the Truffels.And when the vine grower are starting with the work in the vineyards, wich are shining in beautiful color (yellow, ocker, orange and burning red) the celebration, "La Grande Festa" begins.
In the middle of this wonderful region (Cisterna d'Asti) you find the residence "Le Betulle" of the family Nocente.
